- Discuss the following at your Annual Members Meeting:
- Did you have any incidents that could involve liability?
- Were they corrected? Did anyone threaten to sue?
- Review areas to increase resident safety.
- Areas of concern clearly marked? Safety tape used if needed?
- What about walkways? are they slippery when wet?
- Consider adding non-slip/skid surfaces..
